If you are not satisfied with your purchased items, you have the option to return them within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
**Return Requirements**
Returned items must be in unused condition and must include their original packaging.
**Return Shipping Responsibility**
1. For returns initiated due to seller-related reasons such as wrong item sent or quality issues, after confirmation with customer service, the handling is as follows, provided the item is unused and meets the requirements:
• For returns:
Refund Amount: 100% of the paid amount
Return Shipping Fee: Seller's responsibility
• For exchanges:
Return Shipping Fee: Seller's responsibility
Reshipping Fee for exchanged item: Seller's responsibility
2. For returns initiated due to buyer-related reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size/color selection, after confirmation with customer service, the handling is as follows, provided the item is unused and meets the requirements:
• For returns:
Refund Amount: 100% of the paid amount
Return Shipping Fee: Buyer's responsibility
• For exchanges:
Return Shipping Fee: Buyer's responsibility
Reshipping Fee for exchanged item: Buyer's responsibility
**Order Cancellation**
If we have not yet shipped your order, you have the option to cancel it. We will refund the order cost to the credit card you used for the purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Three Steps for your refund:
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at info@kiwikiss.kiwi to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address.Pleasefollow the instructions to process the exchange/return.We would appreciate it if you couldprovide us with some photos as return materials.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package.
Revised Policy for US Orders: For shipments to the United States, all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. DHL will contact the recipient for payment. Please note that if a package is returned due to the recipient's failure to pay customs fees or cooperate with DHL, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Furthermore, the cost of return shipping from the US to New Zealand and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund. If the total return costs exceed the order value, no refund will be provided.
