For urban addresses, delivery typically occurs on the second or third business day after your order is placed. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
All packages are trackable online, and once we have dispatched your order, we will provide you with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Revised Policy for US and EU Orders: For shipments to the United States and EU , all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. DHL will contact the recipient for payment. Please note that if a package is returned due to the recipient's failure to pay customs fees or cooperate with DHL, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Furthermore, the cost of return shipping from the US or EU to New Zealand and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund. If the total return costs exceed the order value, no refund will be provided.
