At our website, all prices and shipping fees are listed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars), and both the product prices and shipping fees include GST (Goods and Services Tax). The total price you need to pay consists of two parts: the product price and the shipping fee.

When you proceed to checkout, you will see two shipping options based on your delivery address:

  1. Non-Rural Address Option: Shipping fee is $7.9 (including GST).
  2. Rural Address Option: Shipping fee is $12.9 (including GST).

Please select the appropriate shipping option based on your delivery address to ensure accurate pricing.

 Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing prompt and efficient shipping services for your orders. Upon receiving your order, we will strive to prepare and dispatch it within 2 business days. We utilize local logistics services within New Zealand for the delivery of all packages.

All packages are trackable online, and once we have dispatched your order, we will provide you with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment.

For most non-rural areas, you can expect to receive your order within the second or third business day after we have dispatched it. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for rural areas.

If, after one week from the date of shipment, you have not received your package or received any information regarding your package, please contact us at info@kiwikiss.kiwi We will investigate the matter and assist you in resolving any issues.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchased items, you have the option to return them within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

**Return Requirements**

Returned items must be in unused condition and must include their original packaging.

• For returns:

Refund Amount: 100% of the paid amount

Return Shipping Fee: Seller's responsibility

• For exchanges:

Return Shipping Fee: Seller's responsibility

Reshipping Fee for exchanged item: Seller's responsibility

2. For returns initiated due to buyer-related reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size/color selection, after confirmation with customer service, the handling is as follows, provided the item is unused and meets the requirements:

• For returns:

Return Shipping Fee: Buyer's responsibility

• For exchanges:

Return Shipping Fee: Buyer's responsibility

Reshipping Fee for exchanged item: Buyer's responsibility

**Order Cancellation**

If we have not yet shipped your order, you have the option to cancel it. We will refund the order cost to the credit card you used for the purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.


Three Steps for your refund:

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at info@kiwikiss.kiwi to request the exchange/return.

Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address.Pleasefollow the instructions to process the exchange/return.We would appreciate it if you couldprovide us with some photos as return materials.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package.
